"Exploring the Connection between the Arts and Spirituality"
This past summer, West Raleigh's Super Summer Program, called Divine Inspiration, explored the connection between spirituality and the arts. Various artistic explorations, along with the experiences of invited artists, touched our hearts and transformed our spirits as we experienced the movement of the Holy Spirit.
We will be expanding this program into our ongoing calendar. To give you an idea of some of programs we've encountered, click on one of the following:
- Sunday Morning Programs for children, youth, and adults
- Workshops for a more in-depth look at a particular art
- Inspired Outings to local artists’ studios
GOAL: We will explore the interaction between spirituality and the arts in order to grow in our understanding and experience of God, in both our personal journeys and our engagement with the community beyond.
